How to “G.R.O.W.” Your Practice in 2021!

Since the coronavirus pandemic started a little over a year ago, more than 100,000 businesses have had to close their doors due to the havoc it has wreaked on our economy. Furthermore, when the PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) repayment forgiveness period comes due, how many more practices will be forced to close their doors for good?

After all of the hard work and sacrifice required to start a business, no owner, or their team, wants to see their practice fail. With that being said, here are 3 Coronavirus-Proof principles to create a plan you can follow during our current economic crisis to help prevent your practice from going out of business!

  1. Create a Marketing Calendar for 2021 that is centered around building relationships with your patients, and your team.
  2. Build a team focusing on aGrowth Mindset” for your practice, with incentives and celebrations that benefit your team, as well as you! As a business owner, you have a unique opportunity to hire and developA-players” who will help you reach your goals, as well as theirs.
  3. Keep close track of your daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly numbers. What gets tracked and managed will always get done!

By working hard, committing to success, and by following a clear and precise plan similar to the one listed above, your practice will continue to thrive and prosper even during the tough times we have all been facing recently.

In order to thoroughly develop and grow our practice during this pandemic, we have designed and implemented a G.R.O.W. principle that we would like to share with you! Our acronym for a successful team is:

GGoals

RResultsDriven

OOn Time and Consistent

WWinning Team

In order for your practice to G.R.O.W., you will need to establish realistic Goals, ensure your care is ResultsDriven rather than time and “line-item” driven, be On Time and Consistent with your care, and build a Winning Team that will help your practice G.R.O.W. and prosper!

On behalf of everyone here at Pinecrest Practice Growth, we hope that your practice continues to G.R.O.W. and prosper throughout the course of this new year!
